Elizabeth and I went through her 9month clothes and prepared them to be washed (cut off the tags and sorted darks & lights).  I held up an outfit and showed it to Paul… he said it looked WAY too big.  We put her on the scale this morning, and she’s about 13 1/2 lbs.

The one item of clothing we were missing out of all the clothes we got, were some sleepers.   We like to have the sleepers that have a zipper in them, because it makes night-time nappy changes easier…. you don’t have to fumble trying to match up the snaps.  Last night, Paul caught up on some sleep while Elizabeth & I braved the freezing cold weather, and went on a hunt for some.  Kmart was sold out, but I was able to get the very last package at Target. 

The growth spurt has slowed a tiny bit.  She’s fitting in both 6 AND 9 month clothes, so we’re doing well with clothes for a while.  I promise I’ll have pictures posted at the beginning of next week of her new outfits.
